We are delighted to announce the programme for the HPB Surgery Certificate Course 2018 taking place from 6th – 10th August 2018 at the Sterling Hospital, Ahmedabad.

It is a great pleasure to invite you to this meeting which has been organized by IHPBA - Indian Chapter in association with Gujarat Liver and Digestive Surgery Clinic (GLDC) & Sterling Hospitals and we look forward to seeing many old friends, and making new ones during this exciting course.

A large number of national experts in HPB Surgery are involved in this course. A number of interesting topics including indications for surgery, patient selection, surgical techniques, complex clinical scenarios, post-operative management, complication-handling, training and future implementation will be discussed in details. This five-day course will allow delegates the opportunity to witness discussion and presentations by experienced surgeons and experts from across India. During the meeting you will be exposed to state of the art lectures and videos on surgical techniques as well as a number of interactive sessions.

This course is intended for residents and surgeons (post MS graduates), MCh and DNB residents (Surgical-Gastro and Surgical-Onco) and junior faculty in medical college/surgical practitioner with interest in HPB Surgery.
